The Thomas M. Spencer Memorial Endowed Scholarship will be awarded to students who are a member, in good standing, of Phi Theta Kappa. A scholarship award is based on achievement, leadership, and contribution to Phi Theta Kappa. Applicants must have earned a minimum 12 semester hours at San Jacinto College. They must be currently enrolled in 6 credit hours or more at SJC Central Campus. They must be a member, in good standing, of Phi Theta Kappa.
