Description

The Tim Lichter Memorial Scholarship Fund is open to Clinton or Lycoming County Public School graduating seniors. Applicants must attend an accredited motorcycle mechanic school. Additional consideration will be given to automotive technology, service technician, or welding programs. Preference will be given to applicants that have unmet financial need. Other than a strong potential for success, such factors as class rank and grade point average will not be criteria in making selection unless in the judgment of the selection committee such factors are needed to distinguish between multiple potential candidates.
