Description

The Tyrre and Jennifer Burks Football Scholarship will benefit and encourage students who are members of the Winona State University Football Team. Recipients must be an undergraduate students enrolled full-time and in good standing at Winona State University (minimum of 12 credits per semester, Fall and Spring). The candidate must also be a member of the Winona State University Football Team. Preference will be given to an African-American student-athlete, from an inner-city environment. Preference is also given to a student-athlete with a GPA of 2.8 or above and a student-athlete enrolled in the HERS Program.
