The UAlbany Housing Award is available to first-year students who have demonstrated academic excellence, reflected by their academic achievement and performance. This award can be applied toward UAlbany on-campus housing, except Empire Commons. Please note that students receiving Room Waivers are ineligible to receive Room Grants as well.
