Description

The Umatilla County Cattlemen's Association Scholarship will be awarded to graduates of Morrow or Umatilla County high schools who will enroll as college sophomores or above for fall term/semester in undergraduate study. Students must attend any 2- or 4-year, public or private, nonprofit, Title IV postsecondary school in the United States. Filing of FAFSA/ORSAA is recommended as financial need may or may not be considered. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
