Description

The Diversity in Health Care Scholarship will be awarded to a current or former health professional to help them take their healthcare career to the next level. Applicants with an active license or certificate to practice in a clinical health career (e.g., as a nurse, physician assistant, clinical psychologist, or clinical social worker), and are enrolled in or planning to attend school to complete a degree or certification to advance their clinical credentials may apply. Students are eligible for this scholarship if they plan to enroll in a recognized program in the United States in person or virtual attendance at an accredited two- or four-year college, university, vocational-technical or graduate school in Winter or Spring 2024. Awards will be given to historically underrepresented students, including those who identify as Black or African American, Middle Eastern/North African, Hispanic or Latino, American Indian or Alaska Native, Asian, and Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islander.
