The University of Connecticut Leadership Scholarship is available to in-state and out-of-state applicants. This award is open to students who have achieved a very competitive high school academic average. Students must have demonstrated a commitment to multicultural diversity programs and initiatives through their leadership, special talents, and achievements in school and/or community to qualify. This scholarship is renewable for up to 4 years and is valued at a fixed amount determined on a yearly basis. Submission of standardized test scores is not required for scholarship consideration. If an applicant chooses to send SATs or ACTs please know that those scores must be competitive in consideration of the profile for the admitted class.
