The Merit-Based Achievement Scholarships are available to resident and non-resident students who merit assistance because of their achievement and/or service to UH Hilo. The scholarship may cover up to the cost of UH Hilo tuition. Students may contact the Financial Aid Office for more information and inquires about the application.
