The University of Hawaii at Hilo Pacific Islander Scholarship is available to students with a "Pacific Islander Non-Resident Exempt" residency status. This scholarship is available to classified students enrolled in either an undergraduate, graduate or professional degree program. The Fall semester application deadline is July 1st, and the Spring semester deadline is December 1st.
