Description

The University of Hawaii at Hilo Western Undergraduate Exchange Program is a program of the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE). Through WUE, students who are residents of one of the western states may enroll at a reduced tuition of 150 percent of the institution's regular resident tuition. Applicants must reside in the western states. Family domicile (home) must be maintained as a permanent address throughout participation in the WUE program.
