The University of Houston-Downtown Delphian Endowment Scholarship is open to sophomore, junior, or senior students enrolled for 12 hours at UHD each semester. The students must reside in the Houston region and be US citizens or legal residents. No other awards of higher value may be accepted by the applicant and the final decision will be made by the UHD Scholarship Committee on the recommendation of the Delphian Assembly.
