The University of St. Thomas International Scholarships are awarded to international undergraduate students. They are considered for merit-based scholarships upon admission. This scholarship covers 10 to 70 percent of their tuition. Submission of the essay, letter of recommendation, and test scores are not required, but students are welcome to.
