The USA Freshman Admission Scholarship is available to incoming first-time freshmen with at least a 3.0 High School GPA and an ACT super score of at least 21 (or SAT equivalent). Applicants must be U. S. citizens, applied for/obtained Permanent Residency, or a student attending a U.S. High School with qualified visa status.
