The Walter Davies Scholarship supports full-time students who are either eligible employees of U.S. Bank or their dependents, and who have graduated from Oregon high schools. Oregon residency is not required, but applicants must file the FAFSA, as financial need is a determining factor. The scholarship is renewable annually. Non-Oregon residents who do not list an Oregon institution on their FAFSA must upload Pages 1 and 2 of their FAFSA Submission Summary to ensure financial need consideration. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
