Description

Walter L. Mitchell Memorial Scholarship Awards is open to high school seniors who will graduate in January or June of the current school year and will enroll in a higher education facility beginning the next school year. To be eligible, the applicant must be a child, stepchild or legally adopted child of a member of the International Chemical Workers Union Council with continuous membership for at least a year prior to March 10, 2023.
