The Washington Light Infantry Scholarship is open to graduate students enrolled in the history curriculum, who exhibits an interest and emphasis in American History. The recipient must share the values of the Donor as best the selection committee can determine: respect for American patriotism and the American way of life; dedication, love, and reverence for sacrifice in service to the United States of America; and truth and integrity in all actions.
