Description

The William and Joan Downing Scholarship assists active-duty Military and Veteran students. Students must be currently using or have exhausted all education benefits as active duty military personnel, under the Post-911 G.I. Bill and/or the Ohio National Guard Scholarship. They must be in good academic standing and making progress toward degree completion.

Eligibility Requirements

  • CheckmarkMust not be attending high school currently
  • CheckmarkRestricted to students studying in Ohio
  • Checkmark Must be in or a veteran of any U.S. Armed Service Checkmark Must be a dependent of the service(s) specified above
