Description

The William Bennett, W7PHO, Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to those with General Class License or higher. Applicants must be holding an amateur radio license for at least 1 year. Applicants must have residence in ARRL Northwest, Pacific or Southwest divisions. Students in any field of study at a 4-year college or university are eligible.
