Description

The William D. and Ruth D. Roy Scholarship is for graduates (including GED recipients and home-schooled graduates) of Oregon high schools. Preference will be given to older, nontraditional students or students who are the first generation in their families to attend college. This scholarship may be received for a maximum of 4 years. Please contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.

Eligibility Requirements
