Women Helping Women Scholarship

Description

The Women Helping Women Scholarship is open to female students residing in Clackamas, Multnomah, or Washington County who are currently enrolled in college, returning to college, or beginning college after a period of hiatus. Applicants must enroll full-time at a public or nonprofit institution and demonstrate financial need, as FAFSA or ORSAA filing is required. The scholarship may be received for a maximum of four years through annual competitive reapplication. All applicants must submit a 250ÔÇô350 word essay describing either their efforts to overcome major life obstacles in pursuit of education or their history of significant community service. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
