These fellowships are awarded to students performing independent research as part of an M.S. or Ph.D. program who submit outstanding research proposals along the lines of National Space Grant goals and objectives, and related to NASAÔÇÿs mission goals. Student should be enrolled and in good standing at the University of Wyoming.
