The Youngstown State University Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship is available to transfer students who are members of Phi Theta Kappa. Applicants must provide proof of active membership to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions (e.g., membership card or certificate). They must be enrolled in at least 6 or more hours. The scholarship is prorated if less than full-time. This scholarship is stackable on top of the Transfer Scholarship.
