The NCLEX-PN exam is a computer-adaptive test that presents questions based on your responses. Depending on your skill level, the exam can range from 85 to 205 questions and can take up to five hours to complete.
To do well, you must demonstrate your knowledge in four major areas: safe effective care environment; health promotion and maintenance; psychosocial integrity; and physiological integrity. Each Peterson's practice test includes 180 items so you get plenty of practice before test day.
