Focus of faculty research:

Developmentally appropriate practices in early childhood education, maternal and child nutrition, nutrition and cardiovascular disease, and early intervention for infants and toddlers; research in cell and molecular biology; health promotion in emerging adults, insulin pump use, forensic nursing, qualitative research, empathy in nursing students, civility in nursing education, and STI education; gene expression data analysis and data mining, knowledge discovery for health related data
