The AbbVie Immunology Scholarship is for students diagnosed with Ankylosing spondylitis (AS), Crohns disease (CD), Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS), Juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA), Psoriasis (Ps), Psoriatic arthritis (PsA), Rheumatoid arthritis (RA), Ulcerative colitis (UC), Uveitis (UV) by a healthcare professional. Applicants will be judged based on community involvement, ability to serve as a positive role model in the immunology community and academic excellence. The judges will aspire for a representative sample across therapeutic areas, depending on submissions. In addition, semi-finalists will receive a copy of the Diagnosis Verification Form. This form will then need to be faxed or emailed from your doctors office directly to Scholarship America (no exceptions).
