Description

The ACB Oregon Scholarship is for a student who is an Oregon resident who is either an entering freshman, undergraduate, or graduate student, or attending technical college. To be eligible, applicants need to be legally blind and be involved in their school and local community. Scholarships are awarded to students who attend post-secondary institutions in the United States. Please visit the scholarship's website for more information.

Eligibility Requirements
