This scholarship is for eligible members of Oregon AFSCME Local 2067 and their children (or stepchildren), grandchildren (or step-grandchildren), spouses, domestic partners, financial dependents, siblings and parents. Qualifying members must have been active in AFSCME Local 2067 for more than one year as of the scholarship deadline. Financial need may or may not be considered. This scholarship may be received for a maximum of 4 years. OSAC receives FAFSA records automatically for Oregon residents only. If you are not an Oregon resident, you must upload only the first page of your SAR (Student Aid Report from your FAFSA) to be considered.
