The A.J. and Blanche Lee Scott Memorial Scholarship is open to students from North Dakota or Minnesota who are enrolled at the University of North Dakota. The recipient shall show an active involvement in extra-curricular activities and exhibit a potential for leadership and good citizenry. These activities may include, but not be limited to, music, art, drama, athletics, and volunteer service.
