Description

Alan Turing Memorial Scholarships is awarded to Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Communications, or Political Science/Public Policy majors, and other programs touching on networked systems, who are active in supporting the LGBTQIA+ community. Preference is given to students with demonstrated academic merit and financial need. If desired, the recipient will have an opportunity to get involved with a UC San Diego Center for Networked Systems (CNS) related research project if there is mutual interest. Applicant must provide a detailed information about how he/she demonstrates an active support to the LGBTQIA+ community.One to two sentence submissions will not be considered.
