Description

This scholarship will give preference to students who are first- or second-generation immigrants to the United States. This is not restricted to U.S. citizens and eligible noncitizens. Financial need may or may not be considered. This scholarship may be received for a maximum of 4 years. Names, addresses, e-mail addresses, and phone numbers (NOT letters) of two community or school references must be submitted. Please contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.
