American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA) Honolulu Chapter Scholarship Fund in Memory of Jane Suganuma

Description

The Jane Suganuma Memorial Scholarship Fund was created in 1987 by her friends and colleagues to honor Jane, an outstanding print production person in Honolulu. With additional assistance from the American Institute of Graphic Arts Honolulu Chapter, this scholarship supports students who demonstrate a commitment to print production, especially those who will stay in Hawai'i and share what they have learned. The Hawai'i Community Foundation will give preference for recipients who were awarded in the immediate prior year if such recipient continues to meet the eligibility requirements and is in good academic standing. The donor requires students to major in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or Commercial Arts.
