Description

Each District will conduct an Oratorical Contest for high school students in grades 9-12, including those homeschooled in your school districts. Speech must be student's original work on the general subject of the Constitution. Speech contests begin in December at local Legion post level and continue on to the national competition. For application or registration details, rules, and eligibility information, please contact the American Legion, Department of Maryland.
