America's Best High School Chef and Pastry Chef


America's Best High School Chef and Pastry Chef (HSCS) is a limited number of full and partial scholarships offered to graduating high school students who are winners of the Monroe College-sponsored competition for America's Best High School Chef. Students wishing to participate in this competition must contact the Dean of the School of Hospitality Management and CINY. Students must maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.75, earn a minimum of 12 credits in the previous semester, and maintain continuous enrollment.
