The Anna & John Bowers Scholarship is for a non-traditional single female student with dependent children. The female student must be classified as a sophomore, junior, or senior and be in good standing at Winona State University. The recipient must have declared major in an area of their choice and must be a non-traditional student (24 years of age prior to January 1st) and a single mother with dependent children.
