Description

The Arlene and Fred Stahl Scholarship Fund is open to South Williamsport Area High School graduating seniors. Applicants must attend an accredited public college, university, or vocational school within 60 miles of Williamsport, PA, and be pursuing a degree in a healthcare-related field of study. Preference will be given to applicants planning to attend Pennsylvania College of Technology. Secondary preference will be given to applicants with the greatest financial need.
