Description

The Arthur and Winifred E. M. James Memorial Scholarship is for graduating seniors of Benson High School. Preference will be given to applicants whose Activities Charts show participation in Boy Scouts or Girl Scouts. Financial need may or may not be considered; FAFSA filing is required. Please contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.

Eligibility Requirements
