Description

The Bartoo/Moshinsky Scholarship is for the dependents of eligible employees of credit unions affiliated with, current clients of, or past clients of Merger Solutions Group, The Watch Reports, and any other division of Bartoo Associates, LLC. This scholarship may be received for a maximum of 4 years. Please contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.
