The Bay State Milling Community Service Scholarship is created to encourage young citizens to participate in voluntary community service. Every year, a scholarship is awarded to an outstanding college student who has, through their dedication and commitment to their community, and through their service and volunteerism, greatly enhanced civic life in their community. The recipient embodies the true spirit of civic engagement.
