Description

The Carolina Covenant is for students from families with a total income that is 200 percent below the federal poverty guideline. Eligibility is automatically assessed when a student completes the financial aid applications. In-state and out-of-state students will be considered. You will only be considered for this type of aid as an incoming first-year or transfer student, but once you are a Covenant Scholar, you remain one for your undergraduate career at UNC-Chapel Hill.
