Catherine Cathy" Belter devoted her life to education. Cathy was a full-time education activist. The Catherine "Cathy" Belter Memorial Fellowship Endowment was established in her memory in hopes of continuing her legacy of energetic support of education for all. Applicants must be a CEHD graduate student pursuing teacher licensure or an education degree. They must be currently employed in the Fairfax County Public School system (application requires proof of employment).
