To be eligible, the applicant must satisfy the following criteria: Enrolled full-time in a program at Queensborough Community College, Enrolled in Elementary Chinese Language I (LC 111) or Elementary Chinese Language II (LC 112) courses at the College, and Demonstrate financial need.
