The Charles Anderson Scholarship is available to current college students who are children of members of First United Methodist Church in Vancouver, WA or are lineal descendants of life members of Mt. Hood Masonic Lodge #32. Renewal applicants must reapply each year, and will be considered alongside any new applicants.
