Description

The Charles E. Roberts Jr. Scholarship will be awarded to graduating seniors of Wallowa County high schools. Prior recipients may apply-compete annually. Please visit the scholarship's website or contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.

Eligibility Requirements
