Description

The Charlotte Hellums Endowed Scholarship was established to honor Charlotte Hellums, a former guidance counselor at Red Bay High School. Recipients of the scholarship must meet the following qualifications: the first priority will be given to students who are graduates of Red Bay High School with no major institutional aid and with 3.0 high school GPA, the second preference will be given to student who resides in Franklin County, Alabama, with 3.0 high school GPA.
