Description

The Clara Luper Scholarship is open to a full-time, first-time student matriculating directly from high school. Applicants must have demonstrated financial need, which will be determined by the FAFSA. Applicants chosen by the Department of Education for the verification process must submit additional financial aid documents. Preference is given to Oklahoma students. This generous scholarship includes membership in the prestigious President's Leadership Class, which is comprised of distinguished scholars joined together to participate in a unique academic and co-curricular living/learning experience.
