The Colonel Tom and Frances Davis Scholarship will be awarded to students enrolled in the ROTC Military Science Program at the University of Montana. Recipients must exhibit academic excellence and cannot be the recipient of an Army ROTC Scholarship. Please visit the scholarship's website or contact the Financial Aid Office for more information.
