The Council of Building and Construction Trades Scholarship is funded by the Building and Construction Trades Council of Orange County, AFL-CIO. First preference is given to students who are members or whose immediate family are members, active or retired, of a labor union affiliated with the donor. This award is open to continuing full-time students with or without union affiliation.
