Description

The County of Monterey Scholarship Program Fund will award up to $1,500 for community college and vocational education applicants, and up to $4,000 for four-year university applicants. The applicant must be an eligible dependent of a regular employee with at least one year of employment with Monterey County. Verification required. Applicants must have demonstrated interest in completing a Bachelor's degree, Graduate degree, or Vocational School certification. One letter of recommendation describing the applicant's positive qualities, including their interpersonal skills, work ethic, and good character is required.
