Oklahoma's Promise is a state scholarship program for registered participants that covers tuition at OSU. Cowboy Covenant is a four-year cash award funded by OSU. This scholarship is available to students who are Oklahoma's Promise recipients, eligible for Oklahoma's Promise payment each semester, file the FAFSA each academic year at OSU, demonstrate financial need, and enroll as a full-time undergraduate each semester (fall/spring).
