Description

Delaware State University Presidential Scholarship is awarded by the Office of Admissions to entering full-time, first-year freshmen who are United States citizens. It is open to both in-state and out-of-state students. The scholarship covers the gap between the entire cost of college minus any Federal Title IV and/or state grant funding. Students must be regularly admitted and enrolled in the fall semester immediately following high school graduation.
